Group Resilience Skills Training

Resilience Programmes

The professionals in the Hummingbird Project have developed a vast range and depth of experience in delivering support, both in one to one and group environments. We provide endorsed and accredited resilience courses for all employees – which upskill and build capacity for staff throughout the company. Whether it is part of an organisational well-being strategy or as support for teams who have particular issues , these courses provide impactful, measurable change in a participants ability to manage their own emotional well-being and engage with others.

UNDERSTANDING EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING AND RESILIENCE (LEVEL 1 ENDORSED)

Our mission is to integrate emotional wellbeing into the business practice of organisations to improve employee satisfaction, increase productivity and reduce absenteeism.

What does it cover?

Giving participants skills to understand emotional wellbeing and build resilience for their own mental health. Discussing a range of topics including stigma, signs and symptoms of mental ill health, coping strategies, engaging with others about mental health, supports, and self care.

Who is it suitable for?

This training is suitable for everyone within the organisation – both employee and manager.

UNLOCKING EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING AND RESILIENCE (LEVEL 2 ACCREDITED)

If you are a staff member working to manage other employees, you will know that dealing with mental health can be challenging. Our Level 2 course addresses some of the need-to-know skills that will help you help others more effectively.

What does it cover?

This training will upskill participants who wish to gain insight into mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and who may come across these issues within their job role. It will enable the development of skills in identifying strengths and barriers, understanding impact of mental wellbeing, addressing issues as they arise and building confidence in developing solutions in collaboration with others to achieve goals. As a result, they will know how to support others effectively, share accountability and set realistic goals to be achieved by everyone involved.

Who is it suitable for?

This training is suitable for people who are responsible for employees, clients or managers, ideally who have already completed the Level 1 ‘Understanding’ training element.
