Booking

Online Emotional Resilience Skills Forums will be facilitated each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2pm.

Availability of vacant slots for each event will be clearly displayed in our online calendar.

A reservation can be made by clicking on the event slot in the calendar.  A nominated contact person in your organisation will provide THP with names and email addresses for a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 20 participants per session via the online booking service.

THP will issue confirmation of the booking to the nominated person and to the individual participants on the day of booking.

Payment

A non-refundable payment of the full cost must be made via debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Additions and Cancellations

Any additions to the participant list by the nominated person can be made and paid for up to 24 hours before the event start time.

For cancellations up to 24 hours before the event start time a substitute participant can be added to the participant list by the nominated person.

The full cost will be forfeited for individual cancellations within 24 hours of the event start time and for non-attendance by any participant at the event.

In the event that the company requests a change of date for unforeseen business reasons THP will re-schedule the event to the next mutually convenient date.  Any such change request must be made within 24 hours of the event start time

Attendance

Participants will receive a reminder email on the day of the event with:

  • a link that enables access to the Zoom session – Participants should aim to join the Zoom session by clicking the link 5 minutes before the event start time. Access to the session more than 15 minutes after the event start time will not be permitted and the full cost will be forfeited.
  • a resource pack consisting of a personal workbook – wherever possible participants should have this to hand during the session.

Participation & Confidentiality

All participants will have an opportunity to participate throughout the event by asking questions and offering opinions via audio input, video input or via the written Q&A/Chat facility within Zoom. No participant will be compelled to actively participate but the Q&A/Chat function will enable questions/opinions to be posed anonymously on request. All participants who contribute will do so on the understanding that all content generated during the event will be treated as private and confidential to the group.  THP reserves the right to terminate the Zoom session for any participant who uses inappropriate language or otherwise acts in a disrespectful manner towards the facilitators or fellow participants.

Feedback & Evaluation

At the end of the event all participants will be asked to complete a brief online survey to enable THP to assess the impact, evaluate the outcomes and report back to the employer. A link to this survey will be issued to participants by email on the day of the event.  THP will ask that, wherever possible, these are completed within 24 hours of the event.  Responses to this survey will enable THP to continuously improve our services and will also feed into our broader social impact measurements with third party assessment and evaluation partners.
